    1. Definitely Chayathri. Before HR taking the first step to push us, what i believe is first you should see yourself and identify your own core values, form which perspective you should improve. Then only one can decide whether to be the lion or the follower. I also believe if you have a good HR division where they can recognize their employees potentials then they can help with making, motivating them as a leader who mange their people and organizations well manner.
